What you can do
Keep a garage, not a glovebox
Add every vehicle with its make, model, year, fuel type, odometer reading and photo. Each one carries a status you set — Good, Service due, In repair, Not in use, Lent out, For lease or Sold — so a glance tells you what's on the road and what isn't. Sort by recent, name, odometer or year, and filter by type, status or model year once the garage gets crowded.
Log an expense in seconds
Fuel, car wash, tolls and parking each have a one-tap shortcut on the home screen. Anything else — inspection, maintenance, insurance, penalties — files under Other with its own sub-type. Attach a photo of the receipt and the record keeps itself.
See where the money goes
A monthly total for the whole fleet, compared against last month, sits on the home screen. Underneath it, spending breaks down by category and by vehicle, so you can tell which car is quietly the expensive one. The full transaction history is searchable and filterable when you need the detail.
Stay ahead of what's due
Insurance renewals, oil changes and inspections show up as reminders with the days remaining — or the days overdue — before they become a problem.
